HEART BYPASS SURGERY

Hello, I am Elaine, daughter of RAMONCITO PEREZ, a former member of Philippine Army and National Bureau of Investigation.

He is now in the care of the Coronary Care Unit of Philippine Heart Center. We have decided to start this fundraiser after my father's Angiogram results came out. According to his doctor's advice, he needs to undergo HEART BYPASS SURGERY as soon as possible. Aside from his heart failure he is also diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus and Chronic kidney disease; undergoing HEMODIALYSIS every 3 days that causes his body to get weak.

He served his country and its people well and now that he is the one in need, I am asking for the goodness in people’s heart for donation of whatever amount they are comfortable with.

While it is heartbreaking for me, my mother and brother to see him in this painful condition, we would like to help him fight this agonizing situation. With your kindness as a weapon, I am sure that this is a battle he would win. Thank you in advance and may God bless your generous heart.
