Blackwater Valley Nature Walks – fundraising

I aim to connect more people and families with nature hoping they will find it as enjoyable and beneficial as myself. One of the main benefits is a love of nature and the countryside around us -something we need to treasure. So far your kind donations have helped me maintain the website. One of my other activities is bird ringing for the British Trust for Ornithology, a registered charity. Bird ringers are all volunteers, we undertake the projects at our own expense. Each year my personal ringing and equipment expenses amount to a sum in the region of £1500.
