Buying a House

My name is Ivan Gonzalez and I am 26 years old. I live by my own in Madrid in a rented room in a 4-room appartment. At this moments, living in Madrid is very expensive according to the salaries and prices are raising every year.

I have a double bachelor and I work in a good company. However, it is impossible to me paying the rent every month. The alternative is to buy a house but at this moment, getting a mortgage is too expensive due to the initial amount we have to pay.

I have save some money but it is not enough and with my salary and the rent I am paying, I will not get enough savings to buy a house.

That is why I have to write to you, to help me to get the money I need to pay the initial amount of a mortgage so I can buy a house.
