Buy a loptop and start online business and make a company

With due respect I state that I am jahid.I come from poor family. My father is a Farmer and my mother is a housewife.My father's monthly minimum income 200$.when I say my father to give me a laptop then he doesn't give me a laptop because he has no ability.

I want to buy a laptop and make a company in my country but I have no funds,please give me some us doller to buy a laptop and start my online business.
