Buy a cat for sister’s birthday

Hey. I am Ali and I am 18. I want to buy a cat for my sister as a birthday present. She is going to be 5 years old 19 april. She asked my parents to buy a Persian cat. It cost 650 US dollars. My father don't earn enough money to buy it, so he said no. I tried to find a job to earn few money to support family, but no one wants to employ me as I don't has any experience and no one has money to pay me because of economical crisis in Russia.
