Before the pandemic crisis, around 150 to 300 children gather weekly/ bi-monthly in our Brgy. (Payatas) covered court to have a healthy cooked meal. As we practice all the safety protocols, we decided pause for a while and make a doable strategy to prevent the spread of the virus. We want to make sure that all the beneficiaries and volunteers are safe. But due to increase of unemployment and granular lockdown on selected areas in our community more people / families couldn't afford to eat decent and healthy meals so we decided to resume our feeding program to help our less fortunate families for now we are catering 784 families as the pandemic arise. This time instead of giving them cooked meals we decided to create a BUSOG LUSOG CARE BAGS. The Busog Lusog Care bags ncludes the following produce.

1. Kalabasa (squash)

2.Talong (eggplant)

3.Kamatis (tomato)

4. Sitaw ( green beans)

5.Upo (Bottle gourd)

6.Okra (lady fingers)

7. Sayote (pear squash)

8. Moringa powder

HOW CAN YOU BE A BUSOG-LUSOG Partner / KASANGGA?

We are now feeding more and more families because of the crisis. And for now, we do not have physical community activities for the kids for their safety. Our community leaders will contact the parents of the beneficiaries for them to claim the Busog Lusog Care Bags.
