Business startup funding

I would like to start a Beauty Salon business I have tried banks and other business funding groups but I was not successful, I will be specialising in the following services: Massages, manicure and pedicure, Sauna, makeup, and when time goes by, we will offer free make up to grade 12 students going to matric dance, but those students have to be from poor backgrounds and they have to be excellent students. My Salon will be called Divine intensions. We will hire people with experience and knowledge of the job. Please help me realise my dream. Thank you in advance
