The service is for Pakistan.
I had the plan to change the courier era of Pakistan. None of the existing companies provide 24/7 live tracking, nor they provide 24/7 customer service. The service available right now don't have the "log-book (activity tracking)" facilities.
I almost need PKR 17 million to start the business in which around 15 million will be used to start the business 2 million will be left for the reserves. After which the bank loan will be applied which will help me get the vehicles on lease.
Before starting the business contract will be signed from varies local companies with 0% securities or advanced payments. Right now in Pakistan their are around 35000 local brands which uses courier services.
Trying not to loss the hope to get on the right track is that PCS will provide services to the main cities which are "Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad". All of the marketing will be done Online. Flex and the bill-boards will be costly.
All of the start-up costs, the apps documents and website documents are in my hand.
