I am a kenyan having a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering and also a Diploma in Project Management. Getting employment is proving difficult so i would like to request for your assistance to be able to start a business and also help other people in creating employment. For a start i have an idea of stating a cyber cafe but with time i should be able to doa project management company
