Help us influence and lead change and improvement in Business.

The Business Improvement Network is a free Network of business professionals interested in all elements of business improvement including processes, excellence, quality, leadership, risk, performance, transformation, change, finance, decision making and recruitment.

The network was set up to help members Connect, Share and Learn through and from each other, in order to improve and create even better (British) business and businesses.

We want to set up and deliver 12(+) Open Space business improvement events, for some 50 business leaders at each event, creating a very special environment for people to get together and discuss and answer one big question, using Open Space, and tapping into the wealth of experiences, creativity and knowledge in the room, and collectively coming up with great ideas and insights that every one can learn and benefit from, therefore creating a genuine network and giving very real value for the participants, their business, and the business community.

In addition we intend to connect with local Chamber of Commerce leaders and the British Chamber to share our findings.

In addition the monies will guarantee we can market and fund Open Space style events which are very powerful platforms for discussing topics, problem solving and networking to create value.

Our suggestion is that all sessions are delivered on the same theme such as Business Improvement and Brexit, or Creating Better British Business.

We would like to run these sessions in the first 6 months of 2019, if we receive monies earlier, we will begin earlier and therefore have a positive impact earlier!
