THE DOWNLANDS CAFE,WORTHING,WEST SUSSEX, Established since 2012 has been Privately funded by the Present owner without any Loan finance. As the cafe is growing with business so does the need to refurbish and improve its facilities. The extraction & Ventilation in the Kitchen needs to be installed to improve the cafe environment and enhance the Customer experience. The shop front needs to be Updated in order to attract Potential new Customers.
