Business for Middle Class

I believe that a country like Pakistan can only progress when its people progress. People don't want donations but a steady way to earn a stable income in a legal way. Through this project i want to setup a business which is owned and run by its employees and all the profit will be distributed equally among the members of the firm.  I came up with this idea after hearing a story of a middle class family which choose to live on $1/day instead of accepting charity and donations due to high self-esteem. As a member of the society it is our responsibility to look after our people.  "Beggers are not born, we create them." Donate generously and who knows one day this movement might get so huge that no one can stop it.
