Business Faliure – To restablish the business.

I was a rookie in the F&B industry. I took up a stall at a Foodcourt. The daily sales will go to the operator and they pay out by the following 10th of the month. My turn came but they failed to pay me. After that they realved that they lost my contract and forced me resign the contract without any proper documentation. I had many meeting and sought all ways to revive my business. All failed I decided to move on that my business failed. After 1.5 years later they came haunting me that I ran way without filling the contract requirements. Only after explaining the scenario and wat had happened they tonned down. But now they want me to pay a hefty sum to conclude this case. They claim that they are not in the wrong and want me to pay up. I got no one to assist in this matter. I lost my investment, business and savings because on this issue. I kneel down and openly ask for help. Thanks.
