The New Pizza Brand (Running almost 2 years now) EXPANSION CAPITAL

Founded and started by father and son Augusto and Jasond Villamer on 2016, this carry-home pizza store is serving the local community with an international quality yet affordable pizzas - like those of national pizza brands.
Augusto Villamer, former manager at one of the world's top hypermarket, Carrefour, formulated the freshest and "bestest" signature Villamer's Pizzeria pizza sauce and dough. You heard it right, we are producing our own sauce and dough! Matched, with the best cheese from abroad, and topped with the best toppings available, we are producing great pizzas!

With very little capital, the pizza store managed to operate. But as it expands, it needs additional capital to in order to sustain its growth and expansion.

The pizzeria is located Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan - can be seen in google maps, just search for "Villamer's Pizzeria".
It is a small carry-out store serving pizzas and beverages on a daily basis.

Menu include different common pizza flavors like hawaiian, pepperoni, cheese, and overload.

You can make lots of variations on a pizza including changing TOPPINGS, CHEESE, SAUCE, CRUST. When I say a lot it means millions of possible variations, which translates to millions of possible profitability.

OUR MISSION is to serve everyone - as in every kind of people from different status, race, culture, religion, and ages, as in everyone with the best experience and food that we have to offer. We believe that everyone deserves the best!

OUR VISION is to dominate every barangays, town, and then the nation, with Villamer's Pizzeria. We want to be the number one choice when people hears the word "pizza" by 2025

OUR GOAL is to get 70% of pizza market share in our town within three years.

WE ARE SO SERIOUS IN TURNING THIS BUSINESS INTO A COMPETITIVE NATIONAL PIZZA BRAND that the Filipino Community would be proud of so they could say to the whole world that we also have a GREAT FILIPINO PIZZA.

So what to do with the fund raised?

1. Polish the existing branch to be set as a prototype for future stores.
2. Complete all required production machines in order to provide the growing demand for pizza.
3. INCORPORATE for a better handling of shares and investments as to invite more investors.
4. Gather a team of professionals to grow and expand the pizza brand.
5. Expand our reach by creating a sub-brand for low-end pizzas (pang masa pizza)
