The town we live (Secunda) in is going through an economic crises due to a large process plant and surrounding mines who are laying off countless people and ending contracts of many of their contractors. This has made it difficult for many families to afford a college education for their children who have finished school.
Aleph Learning Academy would like to raise funds for students in need of further education who simply cannot afford tuition. The more students we can assist, the better their chances will be to get jobs, improve our local economic issues and/or to pursue their dreams.
Secunda has a small population, and due to the ever-growing unemployment rate, the number of families who are struggling are increasing far quicker than the amount of people who are able to find jobs. We would like to empower as many people as possible, school-leavers and adults alike, who cannot afford further education, but who desperately need it to find work.
Please help us to raise funds for those in need so that we can give them a chance at a better future.
