Burpees hate you too

There are few things that the entire world fears: being lectured by Greta Thunberg about how chalk is probably bad for the environment, the chance of Spice Girls releasing a new album and of course Burpees.

But as much as we may hate Burpees there is something else we hate even more, which is to see people around us that struggle in life while we live in our comfortable bubbles.

That is why it will be only fair to struggle a little to help make someone life a little better, so both of us have accepted the challenge ahead of our upcoming Island Battle Ground CrossFit Competition in Phuket to do 1 burpee for every $ Dollar donated to any of these 2 causes close to our hearts:

The Foundation supports rural communities in Cambodia, specially empowering women and children through health and education.
It is one of the few charities in the World where all the money goes to the programs. All trustees work for free and they pay all charity expenses from their own pockets.

THE T PROJECT ( https://www.facebook.com/TheTprojectsg/ ):
...They do an outstanding work to support homeless LGTBI people in Singapore without any Government funding. It is hard to imagine there are homeless people in a city like Singapore, but there are, and what makes it even sadder, it is that not always is related to financial circumstances, but simply by discrimination. The T-project has survived over the years in tough conditions and as a diverse community we thought it was a good cause to show support for.

As a team, together we are stronger and together we can make a difference even if we have to do burpees....
