Burnout reduction for staff members

I am currently doing a community work project at Jewish Community Services. i have come to realize that social workers take care of other people in the community but they are being forgotten, they are not being taken care of. This made more staff members at JCS to burnout and sometimes they end up not having the motivation to come to work, being cold to their clients and others. As a result i am organizing three pampering days which are more like stress release programmes when staff members will be getting hand or foot or shoulder massage for three consecutive weeks, one day a week. Therefore, i am looking for funds that will help me pay the massage professionals and provide some snacks for them and others. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
