We at Hook Research have decided to pump up the heat and burn some calories for charity!
It's the FIFA World Cup and we are curious to see if we can burn as many, hopefully more calories than the average player. The average player runs 7 miles per game, so that's 77 miles a team per game. That’s 7 700 calories per game and there are 7 games in a successful tournament. Our goal is to individually burn 7 700 calories over the next month, which is 53 900 calories in total!
The challenge has been set and the charity we have chosen to support is the Brixton Soup Kitchen! We love what they are doing in the local community and want to get behind them! For more info on the Brixton Soup Kitchen visit their website http://brixtonsoupkitchen.org/
