Bullying

Im a 13 year old kid whos turning 14 in november 2019. I dont have alot of friends in school so i get bullied alot, i notice bullying not just in my class but in many others. I tried takeing it up with the council of the school but they just said theyl deal with it but nothing changed. My goal is to buy alot of art supplies to mass produce fliers that will catch the eyes of the teachers and students to raise awearness of bullying. My mom is also supporting me with this but she doesnt have enough money to support our family AND help with my project. Even 1€ will help towards my cause, thank you so much to whoever donates.
