i was bullied at work

Hi everyone, i’m creating this campaign to help fund my leaving of my part time job.

I recently took up a part time job at a retail outlet, was given 2 sets of work uniform on my 1st week and was told that if i don’t hit a minimum working hours, i will have to pay for the uniform. I agreed to it because the 1st week of work was so smooth sailing.

However, what happened next was i was constantly bullied during work such as colleagues making me do all the demanding work, making me go for break at a very late time, gossiping about me and laughing at me when i’m right infront of them. All these makes me feel so stressful and i have skipped work a few times. It took such a huge toll on my emotions and confidence so i told my manager i wanted to quit as i really couldnt take it. But because i havent hit the needed hours, i have to pay. I don’t have money considering i’m a student and is still looking for another part time job. I don’t wanna tell my family as i really dont want them to feel worried about me.
