I was recently given the opportunity to purchase a beautiful 100+ year old building in my hometown (Herington, Kansas) for a very reasonable price.
The building is greatly in need of restoration, and I think it would be perfect for my dream of providing emergency boarding, doggy daycare, grooming services, and pet supplies while simultaneously providing housing for myself and my fluffy family.
The funds will be going to purchase building materials and cleanup of this amazing structure to provide an adequate facility.
