Building my dream gaming PC

Hello there my fellow gamers, I know that it's not the end of the world not having a pc but it has been my dream for years to build one. Of course there are a lot of people who are in need and have more important stuff than me, therefor I'm asking only gamers because they know the pain having an old laptop that can barely run windows.

I really would like to start streaming and start my own youtube channel but I don't have the equipment to do that. I'm gonna use it for programming as well(my major).

I'm a student and I need at least three years until I graduate. I work at the same time a part time job to pay for my fees and I can barely make a living out of it.

I appreciate any kind of help, it would mean a lot to me.
