BUILDING HOMES, HOPES, AND LIVES

My name is Pat O’Brien, and I have been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels for over ten years in Colorado and now in Illinois. I am starting a Design/ Build Kitchen and Bath Cabinet company in Chicago and instead of taking on investors to fund my start-up costs, I am reaching out to you with this proposition. I have been offered 30K by an angel investor in exchange for 40% of my company. If I can get $25K through GoGetFunding, I will take 25% of my net revenue and donate it directly to these two amazing organizations in perpetuity instead of shareholders. I will post the ongoing donations made from the profits of my company on the website, and this will have no expiration. As long as my company is profitable, these donations will go out just as they would to any shareholder. I have been inspired by organizations such as Chick-fil-A and Hobby Lobby who have incorporated their faith and beliefs into a different way to approach capitalism. The name of the company is Cabinet Solutions Group, and will be up and running by the end of July. Please help me in making a difference to these 2 great organizations who provide very real and immediate relief to people who desperately need it. Thank you so very much!

PERSONAL NOTES: I have been in the construction field for 20 years, and I am a certified NKBA member (National Kitchen & Bath Association). This company will design kitchens and baths, do installations, and sell 2 lines of cabinets. The manufacturers of these cabinets are J&K Cabinetry and a custom line built by Amish cabinetmakers. Relationships with both of these companies are in place. Please check out J&K online for product info. We are going to be advertising on HGTV and DIY networks, and project revenue from installations and sales to gross 1 Million in the first 18 months. The donations will be made from net income and paid out directly as it would be to a shareholder in perpetuity.
