Building His Kingdom!

We are a group of Singaporean girls who are trying to raise funds for Brightshiners Junior School in Kenya. Brightshiners Junior School is a Christian institution, providing education to the society in Kenya in order to have changed people for changed society. Currently, the school has a population of 70 children and 11 staffs. Its implementation will be a great way of reaching out to the upcoming urban setting of Ngong area.

The project aims at two things:
1) Building 10 iron-sheet structures, perimeter wall, 6 toilets, playground and deconstruction of the current premises.
2) Establishing a church within the same premises.

Some of the expected impacts are:
- Higher pupils enrolment, retention and academic success rate
- Will be able to accommodate more needy kids from the slums around
- Improvement of the academic performances of the pupil
- Illiteracy level among children in slums reduced
- Crimes reduced in the community due to youth who changed attitudes about life.
- Gospel working in the life of people in the community as a result of evangelized
people in 10 years.
- Needy students attending school regularly.

They have reached out to various sources to help them raise funds for this project. As one of the people they reached out to, we want to help them expand their outreach by starting this fundraising page.
