THE VISION For years, I've had a sincere desire to educate children in my own school building who have a learning or behavior disability without being in a charter or public school system. I know that many educators are doing the very best that they can but, many times I've observed while working in the school system how many of our children slip through the cracks because of the lack of resources and/or the super size classroom settings.  This continues to impact children in a negative way and in many cases in the long run causes more harm than good.  PURPOSE Many children who are in the school system or about to enter into the school system are already displaying some behavior problems or have not had the proper learning skills from home which leads them at a disadvantage.  I know that I can't reach every child but, if I along with my future assistants could at least  reach out to make a difference in shaping and molding these precious souls it would allow them to have a fair chance in making a positive impact in their community and in society.  I have spoken to many parents who are very excited about the school and want to have their children be a part of it.  However, my space is very limited and small.  HOMESCHOOL CURRICULUM I have a well balanced Lesson Plan and an online Homeschool curriculum that I use that is second to none along with a few other websites for learning. I need your help today to receive funds to purchase or rent a building to educate the children to afford them a  bright and positive future at The Purvis Learning Academy. Thank you.
