Campaign Story
The community arts program aims at equipping young people around the slums especially girls between 13-30 with the knowledge of creativity. Training them on how to utilize the available resources to come up with a tangible product for sale. Doing skills training among the different slum youth and empowering them to access descent work and being entrepreneurs.
•From the research made in different slum communities of kawempe , we got to find out that many slum young people are surrounded by different resources that can be turned into something new/product but they are not aware of. So as CAP we are here to bridge that gap.
Each donation made is a broke added to the success of acquiring a better training space to ease work in helping many young people (young women and teenage mothers, girls engaging in the commercial sex trade, out of school young girls and boys engaging in dangerous acts) to learn with us and change lives to better living conditions. Thank you for your time.
