Build first passive house in my country

There is no passive house in Serbia. The vast majority of buildings almost no isolation. The heating is in the main on wood, so that the trees are cut. My idea is to build the first passive house in Serbia and show the people what kind of alternative they have. I plan to include the media reporting on the construction itself, and the applied technologies. I would ask people who love nature to help me achieve my goal. And that is enlightening Serbia about energy efficiency.
