Build Creative and Design Studio for student

Hello I'm Yanuar Ramadhan from Indonesia,
I am 22 years old, I am a student
I am an intermediate photographer, here I want to make a creative studio for the creative student community in my city.
I would like to invite a lot of photography enthusiasts to learn together about the development of photography and photography techniques.
and of course this photo studio will not only have photography but there will be creative designs or anything related to design and art.
in Indonesia students majoring in design and art are still underestimated, and their insight to make creative design as income is very small, for that I want to invite them to develop.
this is my thinking about creative design in Indonesia which unfortunately has no value, it is not even appreciated, here I want to educate creative youth in Malang, Indonesia to make creative design their economic source, and this will make their source of income.
because after graduating Phd they don't have work

If this is successful, students will have a job and income
