build a shelter for sweet cats

I am the proud owner of cats, being in love with them. I live in Georgia, which is a country in Eastern Europe. This is a country with great history, culture, wine, food and folklore and one of the best destinations for tourism. What we are lacking is the compassion towards the animals. There are several reasons for it, but the most important is that Georgia is not a rich country, accordingly, people struggling for their own food, do not care about feeding animals, people struggling for their children’s health, do not care about taking stray animals to vets and people do not have enough money for quality education, which is the foundation of EVERYTHING in this life, compassion, tolerance, support, acceptance, etc.

There are couple of dog shelters (which are in terrible conditions) and NO cat shelter. The municipal shelter exists as the sister organization for animals’ monitoring centre, in case someone reports that the stray animal is dangerous for neighbourhood kids, they take sick cats and in most cases kill them or they die because of poor conditions in this tiny shelter. If they survive, after neutering the animals are turned back to the streets where they suffer from hunger, diseases, traffic accidents, abuse, etc.

Me myself, I have 7 cats, all rescued from the street and 4 of them still do not have their eyes open, someone threw them away in the garbage can. Please help and let's build a shelter for cats who deserve decent and happy life. All the vet services and food, will be covered by me myself.
