BUILD A HOUSE FOR A FAMILY IN NEED

Secondly excuse the fact that I'm using a generic cover photo. Ill upload photos of Frieda and her family as soon as I get the opportunity.
Thirdly, I've got no idea how this works so here I go...

Our country (South Africa), has had housing issues and shortages from 1994.
Apartheid ended and millions of people were promised an RDP House. "Subsidized Housing – is a program that affords a beneficiary to acquire a house that is built and provided by the government through a government subsidy. These houses are commonly referred to as 'RDP Houses'"
Many South Africans (Millions in fact) need to register on a list in order to qualify for one of these $8 800,00 houses.
The problem is that corruption has caused internal problems in this sector of government. Officials sell spots on these lists to people. In other words if you have money you can skip years of waiting, not democratic at all...
The goal of this fund is to raise at least $10 000,00 to build a proper home for someone in my life that has struggled because of this unjust system.

Frieda Doroto.

Frieda is a multi linguist from Mamelodi, South Africa, and currently employed as a house help at my girlfriends house. She is hard working and has a beautiful soul and mind.
To put her current living situation into perspective, she lives in a two room scavenged house, in South Africa we call it a shack, with three adults and six children.
By raising $10 000,00 (144 822,50 South African Rands) we will be able to build a house slightly larger than a average RDP house. This house will be able to accommodate at least 6-10 people.
All donations are welcome and any excess payments will go towards helping neighbors in her community.
Your help will be highly appreciated and will make a severe impact on this families life.
The sooner we can meet the $10 000,00 target the sooner we can help Frieda and her family to start a normal life.

I will be trying multiple platforms, the more we accumulate = the more houses we can build.
