Last October 30, typhoon Rosita (International name Yutu) made landfall on the northern part of Luzon part of it is Isabela. Isabela was greatly hit and the province was greatly devastated. People lost there home, business and other properties because of the typhoon.
Here's a small clip on how it looks:
Pat my mom and Gift my youngest brother in Isabela by that time. It's a relief to know that they are safe. But our home was greatly damaged, 60%-70% of our roof was ripped off the house because of the strong wind. And because of that rainwater, it got wet inside the house causing some furniture and appliances soaked and eventually got broken.
My family is still staying at the house, waiting for the next available carpenter. Because of the overall damage around the city carpenters, house for rents and other sources that we're looking at are either on hold or not available. So the only option we are looking at is building a new room/house in our current lot.
I'm greatly worried for them, as I currently working here in the Manila and they're in Isabela. What I'm currently earning as an Editor can't finance a new house for them. This is where I'm asking help to raise funds on building a new home.
