Healing poetry book

Agniete Laurinaityte’s first book "Secret meeting" (published in English and Lithuanian) got so many letters with gratitude, especially from women. They wrote that this book is healing, relaxing, and awakening the life inside and the truth. The women cried and laughed.

This small book is now used in psychotherapy groups too.

Susan Aposhyan, who is a body psychotherapist known all over the world and book author, wrote:

"This morning I had some time to spend with your beautiful book. Each time I have touched it I marveled at its beauty. I had a friend visiting to teach a dance class called the Body Poetic. She took it to share with her students. Now I have read each poem at least once. I am sure I will read them many times. This little book that overflows with love for the present moment. It is so beautiful. You are so beautiful".

The second book is already spreading on the paper. I need help (maybe smoothing like an artist scholarship) to finish and prepare this book for printing otherwise I will not able to release this book to the world at this period of my life.

be where you are

cause it is love of yourself

it is the only duty and the rest is just an echo

wasn’t your heart longing for this

weren‘t your prayers all about it

you’ve learned to suffer being messed up in the external world

trying to explain yourself with words

stop now and look inside

you are not the beggar of love

and nothing external will quench this thirst

the life does not belong to you

and you do not belong to it

your life is not something you have to solve

to fix

to change

you are the life

and that’s the greatest love for yourself

stop hurting yourself with your thoughts

everything is as it is

this moment everything is as it is

even before you grasp it or rejoice over it or get sad

this is the true caring of yourself

be where you are
