I have a case that goes back to 1994.

The person was involved in a hit and run accident so severe that he was in a coma for a week

He suffered dual tibia fractures to both legs and fractures to both ankles and feet.

He suffered lower back spinal injury, cracked pelvis.

The accused was never prosecuted or even arrested.

The SAPS closed the docket due to insufficient evidence.

The then 3rd party attorney did not do a proper and full medical report to claim for future suffering from the 3rd party.

The claimant was paid out 85k, whilst the attorney walked off with majority of the money.

Today the claimant has had several back bone fragment replacement and is unable to trace or prosecute the then acting attorney.

Both his feet are becoming cripple and he is in constant lower back pain.

He has also had to repair several hernias.

He doesn't have the financial means for proper care and every operation undertaken puts him out of action at work, which causes further problems.
