broke, student loans killing me

I came to Canada 3 years ago by myself to study and stay. I came from poor family but my grandmother left me a will(enough to study for 1 year and support my residence on campus) to make my child dream come true. I got a welfare status due to war situation in Kazakhstan,Russia. I got a part time cash paying waitress job that kept me in residence and covered my food expenses. I took out a government loan to continue pursuing my studies (accounting). Now I'm on my final 3rd year, found myself in debt which I will have to pay off before going back to russia to visit my family. I'm currently setting aside the money for traveling back home to see my mother who is constantly missing me and crying for me to visit. The ticket cost is $1,500 for a round trip. The reason for me to seek people's help is to ease my everyday debt panic attacks. I can't sleep and eat well because I always think of the money I have to find. It's become an everyday battle....
