THE BRING MY FAMILY HOME CAMPAIGN IS A CAMPAIGN FOR EXACTLY THAT.

This campaign is to help bring my family home.

I am a South African Citizen by birth and have been for 27 Years. My wife has been in South Africa for 12 years and we have been married for 7 years. We have two kids, a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl (Both South African Citizens) My wife (an Argentinian) applied for her last visa 4 years ago but due to an error made by the immigration company that we used to assist us as well as home affairs (an error that was suppose to be rectified within 2 weeks) she was forced to leave South Africa as we have had no success in getting the visa rectified, trying all avenues possible.. The error was never rectified and has been a struggle ever since. We have now involved immigration lawyers to assist us in reuniting our family as she has been banned from South Africa for 5 years. With my kids being so young they have gone with her and I simply cannot afford to relocate to Argentina, and to be honest that is not our desire as we feel South Africa is the country we want to reside in and pursue our future in. Being apart as a family is by far the hardest thing we have had to endure.

We are starting this campaign to help pay the loan that I have made to pay the lawyer fees and bring my family home. When the ban gets lifted (We are hopeful that the lawyers will have success in this) and my family return to South Africa, the fees will assist in getting her spousal visa and in the next year her permanent residence in South Africa. This is a lengthy process and will cost over R100 000 which we do not have.
