Bringing Health and Wellness to Kansas City’s Most Under-served Populations

Our vision: To provide a space to intersect culinary delight and wellness so that the community can grow into its happiest and healthiest potential.
From our earliest days, communities prepared meals together, and we love the idea of sitting down at a community-prepared meal. We see an opportunity to provide a community space where curated information about nutrition and health can be accessed by all corners of our community, particularly the under-served populations. As our instructional kitchen grows, we will be developing a job/life skills program for women in the WIC program to gain reliable employment in local restaurant industry. We truly believe that Kansas City, Missouri can break barriers in malnutrition and limited access to healthy foods.
