Campaign Story
Michelle Silvertino is a 33 y/o single mother supporting 4 young children. The eldest is 11 yrs. old and the youngest is 3 yrs. old. She was on national headlines (tv, print and onlinenews) when she died, after 5 days of waiting for a bus to bring her home to Bicol. She is the sole bread winner and spent the last 5 days of her life in agony, tired from walking 13 km(carrying all her belongings) from Cubao to Pasay. At 4:00 am June 5, 2020, she had high fever and gasping for breath and seek help from Brgy 159 but noone helped her. At 5:00 am, she is already unconcious when police brought her to Pasay City General Hospital. She was pronounced Dead-on-Arrival.
2 days later, Sunday at 5 am, she was unceremoniously buried in a shallow grave inside a body bag at Section 12, Sgt. Mariano Cemetery, Pasay City.
Her dying wish is to go home to her four waiting children. Let's help cremate and bring Michelle Silvertino home. The goverment is refusing so we need private donations to fund this drive.
