My husband was put in jail and has received a felony for the possession of a marijuana concentrate that was bought legally in Colorado but found in Texas. If this was just bud he would’ve received a misdemeanor and would be home now. He’s a wonderful man and father and I’m trying to get him home to spend time with his kids and myself for as long as possible. The level of the charge is total bs and we need help to fight it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
