To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, our dear Lorna Macansantos passed away yesterday in Pagamutan ng Dasmariñas (Dasca) due to Leukemia and Bone Cancer. We visited her last Saturday and Louie Jhon, her brother visits her regularly. Her family were not with her when she passed and are devastated.

For the meantime, she was put inside the morgue while we are still finding ways to settle their hospital bills. Funeral plans are still being arranged, and any updates regarding locations and times will be posted here.

Lorna wished to have a simple funeral, with the presence of her family, relatives and friends. Her father and sister is still in Negros Occidental and having difficulties to fund their tickets going to Manila. They wish to bring Lorna back to the province.

I have already had numerous texts and messages from people asking how to help, So here it is!

As you are all aware, due to Lorna's illness and state in life, she has been unable to work for several years and her 7 years partner has been his full-time caregiver and works as a construction worker. With the recent passing of her mother too, this has created a huge financial burden and something I am certain we can all do something to help with.

If you would like to donate, just click on the donate button and donate whatever you can. If you are not able to donate don’t forget you can still leave messages and comments for Lorna and the family to read.

Also, make sure you follow this page so that you receive any updates regarding the funeral.

Lets give Lorna the send off she deserves!
