Bring Joy And Entertainment To Orphan Kids

HI,I Am Shahrukh Mirza A Medical Student From Ahmedabad Gujarat,India

I recently visited Mother Teresa Orphanage Home In My City As Part Of My Community Medicine Field Visits,We Distributed Food,Clothes And Basic Medicines,I Was So Moved By The Children There That I Can't Describe In Words,They Enjoy Even The Smaller Things,God has Given Us Many Things But Still We Complain For More And More, And These Children Barely Have The Basic Necessities And Yet They Are As Happy As We Will Ever Be

From That Day My Perspective About Life Has Changed And Now I Am Thankful For All The Little Things I Have,I Don't Know How This Little Visit Affected Me So Much But It Did

I Wanted To Do Something For These Children And Bring More Joy To Their Lives,So When I Visited I Noticed That They Had Small Black And White Tv,Which Barely Worked

MY GOAL


So I Am Determined To Collect Funds To Get Them A Good Television,With A DVD Player And A Few Educational DVDS So That Kids Can Enjoy Cartoons And Learn Few Things,I Managed To Collect 250$s On My Own But Its Not Enough,So I Tried To Contact Few Organizations In My City To Ask If They can Help But Most Of Them Were Non Responsive,These Kids Have Very Few Things In Life For Entertainment,I Am Sure They Will Love To Watch Some Educational Programmes And even Cartoons,I Even Talked To the The Management Head At The Orphanage She Said Kids Will Absolutely Love It And They Used To Enjoy Old Black And White TV But It Now Hardly Works


So Please Help Me Fulfill This Quest To Bring Joy And entertainment In These Kids Lives,I can't Do This On My Own,You Are The One Who Can Help Me Do This Wonderful Thing
