Campaign Story
A Blessed Day to All,
I'm Jaemmie Cristy Angeles De Guzman, Dentist by profession. A month ago I was diagnosed with Stage 4 - Breast Cancer, and has been in and out of the hospital during this time. The battle for this life-threatening illness is both financially and emotionally draining.
The calendar cycle for a chemotherapy is every 21 days, which calls for urgency in financial support. Due to this pandemic, my profession as a dentist can be a high-risk for the daily clinic operation, which let me no option but to close my dental clinic. Your donation will help me finance my regular tests, chemotherapy, medicines and living expenses over the next few months.
As a dentist, my way of giving back to society is helping people gain their confidence wearing the best smiles they could have. I am the eldest daughter of Fe Valencerina Guiang and Josefino Encarnacion Angeles+, married to Belmar Viliran De Guzman and mother to Jhaymes Matthew.
I would be grateful for any amount that you can give to help me fight this battle. I would also like to ask for your prayers for the success of my treatment and recovery.
