I started this campaign where over night I received support from people. I put up my campaign in haste and in panic and was forced by my ex husband and his attorney to remove it.

I am facing devastating circumstances , my children were taken illegally out of SA and now I need to raise funds to get them back.

On the evening of the 22nd April 2019 I had a terrible feeling something was not right when I could not reach my children to say goodnight to them as they were with their father. I woke the next morning, Tuesday the 23rd April 2019 to the confirmation from an immigration officer that they had left the country and were on their way to America.

Since my original upload I have won a high court order that the children must be returned to SA

Judge granted a court order that it was illegal he left with my three minor children and he had to return them by the 6th July. My ex husband filed an application for leave to appeal which was denied and a judgment on the appeal was made ordering the return of the children.

He is fighting me with American dollars. I am a single mother who has raised our children on my own from before he left for America nearly 8 years ago

The fight to bring my children home has pushed my legal fees up by R 150 000.
