Bring back hope!!

Hello world, this is story of granny living in my hometown S.A at Eastern Cape, she resides alone at her disadvantaged home, as a student nurse I have been observing every time I pass by the house seeing her struggling to do anything, she crawls when she has to go inside the house. Nobody is helping her even the relatives no longer lives there. She always ask people who pass by to help her but some people would just ignore and some may help. She is financially unstable and the medical conditions are getting worse. It is so sad because she has this same unhealthy routine. Going outside and falls asleep, sun burning her.
I would really appreciate to see her at an old-age home where she would also get the medical needs and to fight the loneliness and depression she going through. I am trying to raise funds to bring back the hope in her life, to improve his health and well-being.
