Campaign Story
Seeking your beneficent heart and financial support to complete our son's medical expenses a prescribed long months of incubation due to neonatal sepsis, undeveloped lungs (pneumonia) and heart (with PDA).
His name is Dominic Sebastian, a 25 weeker premature baby boy, and weighs 700grams.
At first, he had good vital signs. And suddenly, it drops on the next day. This is because his lungs and heart (has PDA) are not yet fully developed. He's been admitted and need to stay at the neonatal intensive care unit (nicu) for couple of months.
We humbly ask for your help and sincerely ask for your gracious assistance during this most trying time in our life. You may contact me directly or send it via Paypal or thru UCPB junior savings account # 101850018086 (Dominic Sebastian S. Sibayan)
And please do include Dominic Sebastian in your prayers for his quick recovery.
Thank you in advance for your contribution. You have no idea how much it means to me and my baby Dominic Sebastian to have your support.
May God continuously bless you with prosperity and providence for your charitable acts. Thank you and Godspeed!
