Bring Alison back home

Hi everyone

My name is Sithembekuye Sibanda and I desperately need to raise money to bring my daughter back home or any legal professional who can offer pro bono assistance.

In 2012 I had a child with a Gabonese man with whom we agreed to take the child to Gabon to see her other side of the family in 2013. We had agreed that in 2 years time she will come back to South Africa, however when that time came he changed his story. I tried to solve it amicably but 3 years have gone by and he still won’t allow me to bring my daughter back. The pain I feel for not being able to raise my own child is unbearable.

Because this involves 2 countries it is not easy to solve. I have been advised to approach the Gabon courts for an interdict to bring the child back and have the custody issue sorted here in South Africa as his father and I both reside in South Africa.

Please assist me with funds to get a good lawyer or a legal professional who is willing to assist on a pro bono basis in Gabon courts.
