Campaign Story
My aim is to create awareness of life after breast cancer, life after a mastectomy. My passion is my breast prosthesis clinic as well as my biking, so I decided to combine the two and so the #pinkpony4breastprosthesis campaign was born. I travel from town to town on my hard to miss Pink Machine (KTM 990) and host talks to educate members of the community on breast prosthesis and all the products out there available to breast cancer survivors.
To end Breast Cancer awareness month off in style I invite you to join us at the A-Lounge for some good music and great company. We'll have various guest speakers educating us on various aspects of cancer, from surviving cancer, surviving losing someone all the way to breast prosthesis; what they look like and how they are used. With a special appearance from Billy Lindeque van Biljon, owner of LvB Bridal Boutique by Billy as well as Fashion Guru, helping us feel good and look great. Billy has something exciting in store for us!
