Brian’s Start up Business

Hello guys! I am a 27 year old Geospatial engineer and over the last year have not had any stable source of income. I have tried to apply for several jobs but up to now I have not had much success. I have gained significant experience from school, training, tutorials and YouTube! on various GIS, Programming, and IT fields. I want to use these skills to create an avenue for me to escape unemployment, take care of myself and my family (Present and future). I am seeking to set up a consultancy (Cygnus Consultancy) dealing in GIS, surveying, and web-based solutions. I believe that these are ever expanding markets and I can do well to venture into them as an industry player rather than as an employee. I am hoping to raise at least $700 to cover my initial setup costs (Business registration, equipment, networking, training), and help me also alleviate my heavy debt burden that has held me back over the last couple of years. I also want to use this business to create employment opportunities for friends of mine who are also unemployed, and do a small awareness campaign to my peers on the dangers of irresponsible borrowing (being a victim myself). I will really really appreciate your help! please help me get back on my feet!
