Help Brian get Urgent Brain Tumor Surgery

Hi, I am Virginia, I present my husband Brian Chikontwe, a Zambian aged 42 yrs, we’ve been married for 14 years and have 3 beloved children aged 14,10 and 5 years. We both work for a local but mostly multi-nationally owned Mining company. Brian was first diagnosed in 2010 with a brain tumor that affected his sight. The option at our local biggest hospital was to undergo an open surgery and chances of success were less than 50%. We had lost our jobs by then. We were referred to India were surgery was successfully done with sponsorship of well-wishers from Brian’s former employer. The surgery went well and his sight was totally restored. We both got employed at Mopani Copper Mines in 2011 and since lived a health life, until September 2019 when he started presenting similar problems as to those of 2010.

The doctor diagnosed a recurrence of brain tumor (statistically such happens only in 10% of patients), which is more than 3cm and recommended another surgery. He requires utmost and immediate evacuation. .Although we are both in employment as stated above, our combined income is just enough to sustain basic daily needs and our children’s education.
