BREAST CANCER & LUPUS FUNDRAISER

                                                      BREAST CANCER & LUPUS        My story begins with having Lupus and my Sister In Law who is battling Breast Cancer. I was diagnosed over 15 years ago with chronic fatigue illness, my Dr's told me they couldn't find anything wrong with me. I lied in the bed for several months feeling sorry for myself when I realized fighting back was key to helping others.  Today, I not only bring awareness to what works best for me and my personal regime, but in taking with my Sister In Law I realized we share similar pains, mine just without the chemo.  As we struggle to fight these two deadly diseases we realized there must be tons of people that feel the same as we do. Rather than focus solely on our awful pain every hour we decided to put our energy into starting a fund raising campain as an extention of our business called "Cruising For A Cause" to help  aid health and wellness.

 My Husband created a piece of artwork which symbolizes the two entities, Lupus being the Purple Butterfly and the well known "Pink Ribbon". This together makes for a beautiful sewn badge that we need help making in masses to give away.  The funding will not only help us make this tons of pieces sewn together, but it will also help fund cruise cabins, airfare, hotel, as well as entertaining our survivors as they elect to sail with us Annually.

Your donations are needed in a huge way, as this cause will help us  give hope to those who struggle day to day with this known diseases that both myself and my Sister In Law are affected by today.
