Iam Vanessa Policarpio 29 yrs.old. I work as a vegetable vendor.A mother of three beautiful girls. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last April 2017. I only got my surgery November 2017. Because of financial problem. Then proceeded Chemotherapy December 2017 to February 2018. Im almost out of funds because of the recent treatment. I didn't get to pay my Phil. Health contribution that cause my account inactive.Now I am in need of Radiation therapy for 33 days. Hopefully it will be my last treatment needed.
I need Ct-simulation before I start the theraphy worth roughly around 16,000 pesos. Then proceed to Radiation therapy for 33 days worth 2,300 per day. Procedures will be at Perpetual Help Biñan Laguna Hospital.
